How to claim your business

Three simple steps in the app. So that nobody claims someone else’s business, we check every request.

  1. Find your businessIn the app under Settings → “Claim your business”, or directly on your place’s page.
  2. ProofA business email, a call to your public number or your business licence.
  3. We check by handA person from our team reviews the request. Then you set up your business in a few minutes.

What it costs

Claiming your business costs nothing. Premium is free at launch. Before that changes, we’ll tell you. If you join before launch (early access), Premium stays free for good.

Guides and partners

You know your city? Offer experiences: a food tour, your favourite walk, the shop no guidebook knows. You can set up your profile and tours before launch: early access.

For businesses and guides: get into the app before launch via TestFlight and set everything up before the first travellers arrive. Join this early and you become a TripHar founding partner.
